Using the NVC perspective to build more compassion and understanding in my relationships with myself and with others. Learning to listen more openly to myself and others, to think and speak more clearly about what I feel and want. Learning to keep my balance when there is strong emotion present, in myself and in others, by noticing all the aspects of my experience in the moment. By connecting with my whole experience I can understand what I need. Learning, through this self connecting, to trust myself and to stand by myself in challenging situations. Relaxing into fuller awareness and enjoyment of my life with others. Supporting each other in this learning as we work as one group or in pairs. Eight week workshop. Two hour meeting each week. Maximum group size: eight. |
