Would you like to learn how to apply your NVC skills to real life conflicts? Are you wanting to use your  understanding, engage your compassion?

Then please consider our February 21st workshop
The Alchemy of Empathy: Turning Conflict Into Connection.

Do you long to remain heart connected with others even when you disagree?
Would you like some relief from rigid Right/Wrong thinking?
Do you want to express yourself in ways that always nourish a relationship regardless of your opinion?

If so please consider attending the all day workshop on Saturday Febrauary 21 led by Paul Merrill.
You will learn how to use the fundamental concepts of NVC- observation, feelings, needs, requests -- to remain clear and compassionate in charged situations.

Some of the skills that we will be focusing on:

Returning to presence from the fight/flight state
    Accessing empathy in conflict situations
Knowing what you want and how to ask for it
Hearing the Yes behind the No
Using NVC celebration to replenish your resilience.

This class is directed towards students who have already been to an introductory class with us or another trainer. Why? Because the stress of conflict, even simulated, reduces our capacity to think clearly. That's why we are recommending this class for those for whom NVC concepts are not completely new.
