This NVC Level 1 workshop will be interactive, lively and informative with a mixture of theory and practice. We will cover the basic NVC dialogue process and EMPATHY, the energy that is the basis of NVC consciousness.
Participants will learn to:
* Speak in a way that is more likely to be heard and understood by others.
* Set healthy boundaries and say "No" with strength and compassion.
* Distinguish feelings from thoughts and opinions.
* Prevent and resolve conflicts to increase mutual understanding and trust.
* Identify, connect to and understand needs in yourself and others.
* Translate criticism, judgment, blame and other hard-to-hear messages into feelings and needs.
* Break patterns of thinking that lead to guilt, shame, anger and depression.
* Offer and receive empathy.

People who would like to learn the basics of NVC.
People who would like more choice, authenticity and compassion in their relationships.
