The Empathy Exercise
Our creative colleague and the founder of the New York Center for Nonviolent Communication, Thom Bond, developed this exercise with instructions available online. “The Exercise” helps you look at an interaction in your life and explore what was going on for you (your feelings and needs) and what was going on for the other person.
